Soros-Funded Circuit Attorney Refuses To Charge Killer Despite Confession

(Gateway Pundit) – Far left billionaire George Soros has been systematically targeting district attorney races throughout the United States. Several of his candidates have already won. His goal is to create havoc in communities.

In St. Louis City far left lunatic Kim Gardner took money from Soros in her race for St. Louis Circuit Attorney.

A Soros funded PAC even released an ad in support of this far left and unqualified nutcase.

Kim Gardner won her election and is wreaking havoc on the city of St. Louis circuit attorney’s office.

Kim Gardner is so intolerable that two dozen attorneys and more than one-third of the trial lawyers left the office when she was hired. And this is a Democrat dominated office.

In early January St. Louis Police arrested a drug dealer in possession of over 1,000 highly addictive opiate pills and more than $30,000 in cash.

The St. Louis police officers also got a confession from their suspect.

But when investigators brought their evidence to Gardner’s Circuit Attorney’s office in downtown St. Louis the attorneys REFUSED to press charges against the dealer and handed the police report back to the officers!

The entire event was captured on video!

Gardner refused to charge the drug kingpin because the detectives involved were on her “police exclusion list.”

Kim Gardner created a list of originally 28 police officers but now the list is over 50 police officers who she will not accept their work because she claims they are racists.

Last week a suspect was arrested in the fatal shooting of 7-year-old Xavier Usanga in north St. Louis.

According to Police report Usanga was shot and killed while playing outside of his Hyde Park home, according to St. Louis Metro Police Chief John Hayden. An 18-year-old man standing nearby was injured in the backyard of the Usanga’s home, in the 3500 block of North 14th Street, just after 5 p.m.

The suspect confessed to the shooting that killed 7-year-old Usanga.

Some of the comments nailed the issue right:

Doone Ross: Is there a right of recall available to voters there?
Can she be impeached by the State Legislature?

JoAnne McMaster: She needs to be removed from office. She cannot refuse to accept evidence on the basis of her personal feelings. Is this what it's come to? If someone offends us or we don't like them we can just refuse to work with them? Not in the real world. See how long someone gets to keep their job if they turn down clients because they think they're "racist."

That word means NOTHING anymore. According to Democrats, even inanimate objects are racist. Hoses are racist, because they 'used to use them on black people.' Therefore, ALL firemen/women are racist because they use hoses. Vegetables are racists. Fences are racist. Movies, books, clothing, accessories, household items, etc., are racist. What ISN'T racist in the eyes of a Democrat? VOTE THEM OUT!!!!!

Ginny Rebyak: China is a well-known enemy but so is George Soros! He is funding the groups pushing socialism. Because he "owns" so many in Congress in both parties though more in the modern day Democrat Socialist Party [and] he is influencing cases like this. He could care less about Americans including innocent children but pushing open borders and the floods of illegal immigrants, both tenets of socialism. Why in God's name are Americans, regardless of party, allowing socialists to cower them into submission? Socialism never works and we would think Americans in any capacity of power would reject it and apply the laws we have on the books for years or the beginning. This is truly troubling and a pattern.

Arlene Hurley: He could care less. You are right about him. His own country said he cannot come back there. If he can’t go back there. Why don’t we say he can’t come here? Even better, if anyone knows who he is paying off, why can’t we arrest him?

Why can’t they do a recall and have her removed. If they know she is being bought, she is breaking the law. She should not be a Circuit Attorney. What about Judicial Watch, can’t they do something?

Terry Swinney: Is there not a judicial process in place to remove someone like this from office? The United States AG should be able to do something.
